Delete My Account
You can request deletion of your SnapCoach account and the account data SnapCoach controls. Deletion is permanent, subject to limited legal, security, and accounting retention.

What gets deleted
When you delete your account, we permanently remove:
- Your email address and account identifier
- Your profile and body metric inputs (height, weight, age, activity level)
- Your calorie and protein goals and dietary preferences
- All meal log entries and derived nutrition estimates
- All check-ins, mood logs, and health-adjacent inputs
- Your coaching history and daily summaries
We may retain limited records where required for legal, security, or accounting obligations.
Option 1 — Delete in the app
The fastest way to delete your account is directly inside SnapCoach: Settings → Account → Delete account.
- Open SnapCoach and tap the Settings tab (bottom right).
- Tap Account.
- Tap Delete account, review the warning, and confirm.
Option 2 — Request deletion by email
If you no longer have access to the app or prefer to request deletion in writing, email us at support@pfcai.xyz with the subject line “Account Deletion Request” and your account email address. We may ask you to verify account ownership before processing the request.
Subscription cancellation
Deleting your SnapCoach account does not cancel an active Apple App Store subscription. To manage or cancel it, use Apple subscription settings:
Cancellation and refund eligibility are governed by Apple’s terms and the purchase details shown for your Apple account.
