Agreement

By downloading or using SnapCoach, you agree to these Terms of Service and to our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the app.

These Terms are between you and PFC AI Automation LLC (“we”, “us”).

Not medical advice

SnapCoach provides general wellness and nutrition estimates for informational purposes only. It is not medical advice and is not a substitute for professional medical, dietary, or clinical guidance. Calorie and protein values are AI-generated estimates and may be inaccurate. Consult a qualified professional before making health decisions.

SnapCoach does not diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any condition, and makes no guarantee of any specific weight, health, or fitness outcome. You are responsible for your own health decisions.

Who can use SnapCoach

You must be at least 17 years old to use SnapCoach. If you have a medical condition, are pregnant, or have a history of disordered eating, consult a qualified professional before setting nutrition goals.

SnapCoach v1 is a text-based calorie and nutrition tracker. It does not request access to your camera, photo library, or microphone.

Your account

You are responsible for keeping your account secure and for the accuracy of the information you provide. You can delete your account at any time from Settings → Account → Delete account inside the app, or by submitting a request on our account deletion page.

Deleting your SnapCoach account does not cancel an Apple App Store subscription. Manage or cancel it separately in Apple subscription settings.

AI estimates

When you type a meal description, that text is sent to an AI model (OpenAI) which returns calorie, protein, and macro estimates. These values are directional guidance — not precise or clinical measurements — and may be wrong. Use them as a guide, not a source of truth.

OpenAI states that data sent to its API is not used to train or improve OpenAI models unless the API customer opts in to share data; SnapCoach has not opted in. OpenAI may retain API inputs and outputs in abuse-monitoring logs for up to 30 days, or longer where required by law.

Subscriptions and billing

SnapCoach Premium unlocks the premium features described at purchase. Available plans, billing periods, localized prices, and any introductory-offer eligibility are supplied by the Apple App Store and shown before you confirm a purchase. Only the offer shown for your account at purchase applies; if no introductory offer is shown, none is promised.

Payment is charged to your Apple account. Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled through your Apple account before renewal under the store terms shown at purchase. You can manage or cancel a subscription in Apple subscription settings.

We never see or store your payment card details. Billing is managed entirely by the app store.

Acceptable use

Use SnapCoach for your personal wellness only. Do not misuse the app, attempt to disrupt it, submit unlawful content, or use it in a way that could harm yourself or others.

Your content

You keep ownership of the meal descriptions and inputs you provide. You grant us a limited license to process them solely to provide the service (including AI estimation and storage), as described in our Privacy Policy. Your meal data is private to your account and is not shared with other users.

Disclaimers and limitation of liability

The app is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind, to the fullest extent permitted by law. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, our liability is limited, and we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of the app or reliance on its estimates.

Nothing in these Terms limits rights or remedies that cannot lawfully be limited, including mandatory consumer rights that apply where you live.

Changes and termination

We may update the app and these Terms. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised Terms. We may suspend or end access for violations of these Terms.
